Regional campus students qualify for the Robert D. Oesterling Regional Campus Out-of-State Scholarships: This scholarship is offered at UM regional campuses and covers the portion of tuition that is charged to out-of-state students above the cost of resident tuition. The scholarship is awarded to students who live in a county that borders the state of Mississippi and to international students interested in enrolling at UM-DeSoto. There is currently no stipulation on the number of hours the student must enroll in to receive the scholarship.

University of Mississippi Recruiting Fellowship and Scholarship Program: The University of Mississippi Graduate School seeks to recruit an outstanding and inclusive student body. To that end, we have established a program to help departments and programs recruit such students to University of Mississippi graduate programs.
